Job summary

Clutch in Toronto, Ontario, Canada is seeking a dedicated Car Detailer to maintain both exterior and interior of incoming vehicles and ensure they meet Clutch’s quality standards before entering reconditioning or sales.

You’ll work with a team to keep showroom vehicles in top condition, performing pressure washing, vacuuming, polishing, and detailing while contributing to efficient workflows and product quality.

Qualifications

• Interest in automotive industry.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills as an automotive detailer.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Team player above all else.
• Valid G2 or G driver’s license (clean driver’s abstract).
• Post-secondary education is an asset.
• Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Pressure wash and shampoo the exterior of vehicles.
• Steam, extract, and vacuum the interior of vehicles.
• Polish swirl marks and scratches.
• Dress tires and maintain exterior finishes.
• Proactively monitor and maintain detailing supplies and tools.
• Continuously help improve detailing processes.
• Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

About The Role

• Wage: $20.00 per hour
