Job summary

Clutch in Canada is seeking a Car Detailer to maintain the exterior and interior of incoming vehicles, ensuring each car meets Clutch’s quality standards before entering reconditioning or sales. You will help keep vehicles showroom-ready and collaborate with teammates to sustain a smooth workflow.

You’ll contribute to ongoing process improvements while working full-time (40 hours per week) with overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Interest in the automotive industry.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills as an automotive detailer.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Team player above all else.
• Valid G2 or G driver’s license (clean driver’s abstract).
• Post-secondary education is an asset.
• Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Pressure wash and shampoo the exterior of vehicles
• Steam, extract, and vacuum the interior of vehicles
• Polish swirl marks and scratches
• Dress tires and maintain exterior finishes
• Proactively monitor and maintain detailing supplies and tools
• Continuously help improve detailing processes
• Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment

About The Role

• Wage: $20.00 per hour
