Eligibility

CR: Successful completion of two years of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training and / or experience.

AS: A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and / or experience.

Essential Qualifications
  • Experience in providing administrative support services.
  • Experience in providing service to clients.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.
  • Administrative support services refers to activities that support the day to day operations of an organization; these generally include (but are not limited to) scheduling, managing and distributing information within the office, entering / tracking information in databases, answering phones, booking travel, managing meeting logistics, electronic information management, scanning documents, tracking budget expenses, minutes, etc.
Asset Qualifications
  • Experience in taking minutes at meetings.
  • Experience in records management.
  • Experience in providing administrative support services to senior management.
  • Experience using a human resource management software.
  • Experience in the procurement of goods and / or services.
  • Experience in providing human resources support services.
  • Experience in providing administrative support services in Finance or Accounting.
  • Experience in developing business processes, procedures or training material.
  • Experience in business travel support services such as making travel arrangements, preparing itineraries, and processing travel claims.
  • Experience in coordinating the preparation of briefing material and executive correspondence.
Conditions of Employment

Security: Various security clearances, depending on the position being staffed.
