Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of personalized customer service as a one-stop resource for customers, offering excitement about products, community, and activity-based knowledge. Foster a customer-centric mindset and create an inclusive store environment.
• Execute visual directives and standards including merchandise presentation, housekeeping, product cashier duties, loss prevention, and overall visual and operational maintenance.
• Collaborate, work as a team, and adapt to the workplace, with a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, proficient computer skills, ability to bend, squat, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn about products, activities, and community relevant to the store’s customer base.

Hiring Range

$16.00 - $19.20 CAD per hour
