About The Opportunity

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for the administration of vehicle inventory, transactions, and sales. Specifically:

  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, managing the sales manager's calendar, and coordinating logistics for van deliveries.
  • Handling correspondence, screening calls and emails, and acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Complete CRM / portfolio communication management.
  • Managing delivery files, maintaining filing systems (both physical and electronic), and handling other administrative duties to ensure smooth delivery operations.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality with sensitive information and communications related to sales strategies and client data.
  • Back-up receptionist, as needed
About You

Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in administration:

  • 1 to 2 years proven experience in administration
  • Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency working with ERP systems (ie. CDK/Reynolds) is an asset
  • Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
  • Strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
  • Ability to maintain professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
  • A desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
