Requirements
Must have:

We are looking for a skilled and creative UX/UI Designer who is proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure RP, Balsamiq, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. A strong understanding of front-end development fundamentals, including HTML5, CSS3 (Less/SCSS), and JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular, is necessary. Experience in designing mobile applications with a focus on responsive design principles is essential. Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and data visualization tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is expected. You should also be knowledgeable about usability testing methods, interaction design concepts, and web accessibility standards (WCAG). Excellent analytical and communication skills are important for interpreting user data and presenting concepts effectively.

Responsibilities

In this role, I will develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality visual designs using modern design tools. I will conduct user research and perform usability testing to gather insights that will inform our design concepts. Collaboration is key, as I will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and craft effective design solutions. I will create information architecture diagrams and user flows to enhance user experience across various platforms. By applying design thinking principles, I will tackle complex user interaction challenges and enhance usability. Additionally, I will ensure our designs meet accessibility standards and maintain consistency by developing design patterns and UI components. Staying updated on industry trends in digital design and technology will also be a priority.
