Job summary

Dexterra Group is seeking a Utility Janitor for a 14 days on / 14 days off rotation in Kapuskasing. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and organization across the site, under the Lodge Manager's guidance.

A full-time, 12-month contract is described with a competitive annual salary and stable schedule. Qualifications include a secondary diploma with math, a valid G license, and experience with light power tools.

Qualifications

• Valid G license is required.
• Experience working in busy environments.
• Ability to work independently and stay on task.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Hotel or camp experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all areas including common spaces and washrooms.
• Assist with garbage/recycling collection and removal.
• Perform floor care (sweeping, mopping) and general cleaning.
• Assist with laundry collection and distribution.
• Support safety, quality, and site cleanliness standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
