Job summary

A community-focused utility company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and maintain accounts in Wasaga Beach. This role requires excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or call centre.
  • Knowledge of cash handling.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements (OEB, IESO, OHSA) is an asset.
