The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for 1 Machinist to join our tooling department team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work with tooling department.

You will be part of the tooling team responsible to support the production and work in conjunction with the tooling method group.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as a Machinist will be to build, modify, repair, and maintain the mechanical tools, jigs, and equipment used in the manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance of aircraft. You must master general mechanical, machining, and tooling skills.

Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche 1 poste de machiniste pour rejoindre notre équipe outillage basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez avec l’équipe outillage.

Vous ferez partie de l’équipe outillage chargée de supporter la production travaillant conjointement avec les méthodes outillages.

L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

En tant que machiniste, vous serez responsable de la conception, de la modification, de la réparation et de l'entretien des outils, gabarits (jigs) et équipements essentiels à la fabrication, à l'assemblage et à la maintenance des aéronefs. Vous mettrez à profit votre expertise technique en usinage et en outillage pour assurer la précision et la conformité des pièces produites.

Vos défis

• Comprendre et interpréter les plans et dessins techniques;

Votre profil

• DEP machiniste avec 3 ans d'expérience;
• AEC commande numérique CNC obligatoire;
• Solide acquis en sheet metal, conventionnel et 3 axes;
• Expérience dans l'aéronautique un atout;

• Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans et des dessins;
