Job summary

A technology service provider in Grande Prairie is seeking a full-time technical support professional to report on systems performance and assist users facing difficulties.   • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
  • Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations
