Job summary

A telecommunications firm is seeking a user support technician to provide remote support from Abbotsford, BC. In this permanent and full-time role, you will report on system performance, assist users, and train them in troubleshooting. Candidates should have a College/CEGEP education and 2-3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities
  • Report on the performance of computer systems and networks.
  • Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer.
