The User Risk Strategy team protects and advances Stripe’s business, brand and mission, by deploying industry-leading supportability solutions that instill user and partner trust in Stripe, whilst enabling progressive and sustainable business growth.
As a member of the User Risk Strategy team, you’ll lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that strengthen trust, minimize risk, and support Stripe’s most strategic users. You’ll partner with Risk, Product, Partnerships, Legal, Sales, and Data Science to design scalable solutions that improve Stripe’s controls and user experience.
This role blends program execution, risk expertise, and user engagement. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and directly with executives and strategic customers to anticipate risk, reduce friction, and drive sustainable growth.
