Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving, interaction design, and workflow design.
• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

We’re seeking a User Experience Designer to join our team and support the development of AI capabilities and AI-powered applications for internal teams like finance, risk, and HR. In this role, you’ll design intuitive, efficient experiences that enable internal teams to work smarter and faster, while helping embed AI thoughtfully and responsibly throughout our workflows.

This is a hands‑on role for a designer who enjoys problem‑solving in complex and specialized environments and is excited to advocate for and apply AI throughout the UX design process.

Position Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with internal functional teams to understand needs, constraints, and opportunities

• Practical experience using AI tools to enhance the design process

Salary range is expected to be between

$73,725.00 CAD - $122,875.00 CAD
