Job summary

Tekshapers in Toronto seeks an experienced Product Designer to own end-to-end product design from discovery to launch. You will collaborate with researchers, PMs, engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to translate user insights into impactful solutions.

You will craft user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes, contribute to design systems, and advocate for accessible, user-centered experiences across platforms. Experience with AI tools is a plus.

Qualifications & Experience

• - Proven expertise in designing complex digital products, enterprise platforms, SaaS solutions, or data-intensive applications.
• - Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design platforms.
• - Experience utilizing AI-powered design, research, or productivity tools to improve design outcomes and team efficiency.
• - Strong understanding of design systems, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and accessibility best practices.
• - Demonstrated ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to validate assumptions and guide product decisions.
• - Experience working within Agile product development environments and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• - Strong business acumen with the ability to connect user experience improvements to customer satisfaction, product adoption, and business outcomes.
