We are currently looking for experienced, professional, and reliable Use of Force Certified Security Guards to join our team in Calgary for long-term positions at high-end retail and tactical sites .

These sites are closely monitored by clients , and performance expectations are high.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Patrol assigned areas to maintain safety and order
• Deter and respond to thefts, disturbances, and suspicious activity
• Apply approved Use of Force techniques when necessary, following policy and law
• Monitor, document, and report incidents promptly and accurately
• Maintain strong, professional presence at all times (tactical vest required)
• Operate E‑Armour mobile reporting app for checkpoints and incident reports

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Alberta Security Guard License (ABST)
• Use of Force Certification (current and valid)
• Excellent communication and situational awareness skills
• Physically fit and able to stand / patrol for full shifts
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable — no phone use or distractions on post
• Minimum 2 years of security experience preferred

PAY & BENEFITS
