Job description

We are a young family in Surrey, British Columbia, seeking a house manager / house keeper. Our kids are aged 8, 5 and 1 and we have pre-existing child care for them during week days. Our kids are very busy with sports and after school activities, so what we need help with is managing the household!

We are looking for someone who can work part-time, primarily focussed on housekeeping and meal prep.

Tasks include (but are not limited to):

• laundry
• meal prep and / or cooking
• washing dishes after breakfast and clearing and tidying the kitchen
• organizing toys and clothing
• daily errands such as taking items to recycle depot, picking up groceries

You will not be required to do detailed cleaning of the house as we have cleaners that will come in every two weeks.

Bonus if you drive and / or have a car. May also include the occasional drop off / pick up of kids to after school activities.

Your support will help us maintain a balanced home environment as we juggle our busy schedules.

Hours would ideally be Monday-Friday 9-2 but we are open to discussions.

We offer a competitive pay rate of $25 per hour and a live-out position.
