Job summary

Housekeeper in Richmond Hill is seeking a reliable and organized candidate to maintain the cleanliness and order of a large upscale home. This permanent role requires two days per week (8 am–4 pm) with occasional weekends when entertaining guests.

The successful applicant will manage laundry, cleaning of bedrooms and common areas, and inventory of supplies, while ensuring safety and efficiency. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication and professional presentation.
• Detail oriented with ability to plan your day with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable lifting and using ladders.
• Excellent housekeeping skills and product knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Able to provide references and undergo background checks.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and vacuuming of bedrooms, washrooms, kitchens and common areas.
• Laundry duties including bed sheets and towels changes.
• Maintain household inventory of cleaning and toiletry supplies.
• Sort and dispose of recycling, compost, and garbage weekly.
• General housekeeping duties as listed: bathroom, kitchen, cabinets, oven, etc.
• Transportation duties as needed.
