Overview

Drive and lead the internship, scholarship, and early talent (Secondary - JC) program

Collaborate with business partners, HR business partners and other team members to ensure hirings are in line with global strategies

Build and maintain strong relationship with Institution of Higher Learning (IHL) to ensure a continuous talent pipeline

Develop and implement strategies to build a strong and diverse talent pipeline

Plan, organize and attend engagement to engage, build a strong and diverse talent pipeline

Internship Hiring for local Institute of higher learning (ITE, Polytechnic, Universities)

Responsibilities
  • Provide data, metrics, and report to internal and external stakeholder to measure the effectiveness of our talent acquisition programs
  • Utilize social media and networking events to engage potential candidates to maximize the outreach, penetration to Talent Address Market and promote Micron as an attractive employee. Your knowledge in using these platforms will help us expand our talent pool and attract highly skilled individuals to join our organization.
  • As an advocate for inclusive hiring practices, you will integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles into all aspects of our recruitment process. Candidate Profile
  • As the ideal candidate for this role, you should hold a bachelors degree and have a proven experience in program within the HR/Talent Acquisition field. Your proven track record in leading successful programs will be highly valued.
  • Extensive knowledge of recruitment processes, technologies, and recruitment marketing is important for excelling in this position. Your proficiency in using these tools and strategies will empower you to optimally drive talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and agility skills are important in this role. You should be able to optimally collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization and adapt to changing priorities and dynamics.
  • Experience in regional/global or cross-cultural project management will be advantageous in this role. Your ability to navigate and efficiently implement programs in diverse cultural contexts will contribute to our global talent acquisition efforts.
  • Experience in talent attraction and acquisition, especially non-traditional talent sourcing, is highly advantageous. Being able to think creatively and tap into non-traditional talent pools will give you an edge in this position.
Additional Job Description

Develops, implements, and/or maintains employment and other recruiting and sourcing programs. Interviews and screens applicants, and conducts reference checks. Coordinates pre-employment travel, relocation, reporting dates, security clearances, and employment processing, including visas. Conducts employment advertising campaigns and programs. Maintains college recruiting, affirmative action, and career development programs. Conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects including agency performance. Professionals at the higher levels may function as technical specialists, sourcing, recruiting and identifying candidates for highly specialized and difficult-to-attract positions, usually requiring extensive search. May work with external resources including temporary agencies, contract search, and internet sourcing tools.
