Job summary

Living Sky School Division is seeking an Educational Assistant for Unity Public School to support student engagement and learning in small groups and classrooms. This role emphasizes honesty, respect, and teamwork within a rural community setting.

The successful candidate will assist with Grade 5-9 math concepts, coordinate with teachers, and contribute to a positive learning environment. This is a permanent-full-time 1.0 FTE from Oct 27, 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 education with at least one year relevant childcare experience.
• Post-secondary certificate from a recognized institution in Early Learning & Childcare, Youth Care Worker or equivalent program would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• The successful applicant will support core subject areas in both small groups and in the classroom.
