Based in Montreal or remote in US East‑Coast time zone, you will drive technical strategy and people development while ensuring smooth cross‑device experiences for Unity developers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high‑performance software engineering team.
• Strong knowledge of Android platform tech across native C/C++, Java and Kotlin.
• Proven ability to collaborate with product owners and external partners.
• Proficiency in C++, C#, and Java and understanding of large software systems.
• Ability to assimilate and understand a complex Unity-based product.
