Bethany Calgary Site is seeking a Unit Clerk to provide clerical and operational support in Heartland - ALC. You will assist the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure efficient interactions with other departments and agencies, supporting resident-centered care across the unit.
The role requires strong communication, organization, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a 7.75-hour/day schedule and a fixed-term contract from 2026-09-01 to 2026-12-01.
With a passion for care towards residents, families and team members, the Unit Clerk is accountable for the provision of clerical and operational support in an assigned resident care area. The Unit Clerk will assist the Interdisciplinary Team to be organized and to maintain efficient interaction with other departments and agencies.
Resident Centered Care: Promotes service excellence through assisting residents, families, and Interdisciplinary Team members in meeting the needs of residents.
Documentation: Accurate, comprehensive and timely documentation of resident care assessment, interventions and outcomes in alignment with Bethany policies and procedures.
Team Work: Cares for and actively participates and assists other employees to achieve and maintain a responsible atmosphere of resident centered care.
