Loblaw Companies Limited seeks a Customer Support representative at our Ajax location. You will greet customers, assist with inquiries, and ensure a safe, smooth flow at entrances/exits. The role emphasizes strong customer service and collaboration with store teams in a busy retail environment.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is preferred.

• Professional, friendly demeanor and composure in challenging situations.
• Physical ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
