Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Typically a minimum of three years of related work experience in an office environment.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and French) are considered assets.
Responsibilities
- Performs initial underwriting analysis and documentation.
- Handles majority of endorsement referral requests.
- Establishes support needs for new and renewal policies.
- Analyzes account specific information for Underwriter review.
- Works as a liaison between field and processing centers.
- Coordinates account processing and servicing.
- Leads pre-renewal meetings.
- Independently prepares underwriting/pricing exhibits.
- Manages account documentation ensuring file completeness.
- Communicates with external producers/customers.
