Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Typically a minimum of three years of related work experience in an office environment.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and French) are considered assets.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial underwriting analysis and documentation.
• Handles majority of endorsement referral requests.
• Establishes support needs for new and renewal policies.
• Analyzes account specific information for Underwriter review.
• Works as a liaison between field and processing centers.
• Coordinates account processing and servicing.
• Leads pre-renewal meetings.
• Independently prepares underwriting/pricing exhibits.
• Manages account documentation ensuring file completeness.
• Communicates with external producers/customers.
