Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in underground mining.
• 3–5 years in an underground training role.
• Train the trainer qualification from a recognized Ontario training provider.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom and field-based health, safety, and mobile equipment training.
• Evaluate worker competency in both theoretical and practical applications.
• Mentor trainees for higher competency levels.
