Job summary

THOAR Mining seeks highly motivated Underground Mine Production Supervisors for a Saskatchewan potash project. You will lead day-to-day underground rehabilitation activities, supervise crews, and ensure safe, compliant operations.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, coordinating across departments, and maintaining safety and productivity. A formal Underground Supervisor certification and First Aid/CPR are required, with a strong safety record and collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Valid Underground Supervisor certification/ticket as required under Saskatchewan mining regulations.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.
• Valid WHMIS and SCOT certifications.
• Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices with an excellent safety record.

• Minimum 5 years of mining operations experience, preferably in potash.

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and credibility.

THOAR Mining provides comprehensive mining support and operational services, including project management, supervision, underground construction, maintenance, and equipment operation. We are currently seeking highly motivated, safety-focused Underground Mine Production Supervisors for a potash project with one of our clients in Saskatchewan.

This role requires availability for 12-hour rotating day and night shifts.
