Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan is seeking a Mine Engineer to join the McIlvenna Bay team on a 14/14 rotation. The role focuses on mine planning, drill and blast, ventilation, and short/medium-term designs to support safe, efficient underground operations.

The Mine Engineer collaborates across Geology, Metallurgy, Maintenance and Operations, delivering schedules, forecasts and reports while maintaining site safety standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum tertiary qualification in Mine Engineering (B.Eng. Mining) or equivalent.
• 4+ years' experience in underground hard rock mining operations.
• Proficiency with Deswik mining suite (Sched, DB, CAD, IS, etc.).
• Registered P.Eng in Saskatchewan or eligible for APEGS.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain medium-term mine schedules (3–12 months) aligned to budgets.
• Review production forecasts, designs, ventilation plans and dewatering works.
• Generate trade-off studies for Mine Operation and Technical Services.
• Provide engineering support for underground services and safety culture.
• Produce weekly/monthly/annual production reports.
