Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in underground mining, with 3-5 years in a training role is considered an asset.
• Working knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA).
• Train the Trainer qualification from a recognized Ontario training provider.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective classroom and field-based training and assessments.
• Evaluate worker competency in both theoretical and practical applications.
• Develop new training materials related to operational and regulatory standards.
