Job summary

A leading mining company in Ontario is seeking a Longhole Supervisor to join the operations at Macassa Mine. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring production goals, safety compliance, and managing a crew effectively. The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years of underground experience, strong knowledge of the Ontario Mining Act, and excellent skills in Microsoft Office. This position offers a rotating schedule of 7 days on, followed by 7 days off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related underground experience.
• Competency with Ontario Mining Act and Regulations.
• Ability to fulfill the administrative duties outlined.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety programs and address safety issues.
• Plan and organize development and production on shifts.
• Provide technical support and lead teams effectively.
