Job summary

A student organization at Queen's University is seeking an Events Coordinator for a volunteer position. Volunteer Position

Events Coordinator (1)

  • Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of an event. From conception to execution, to ensure that they run smoothly and meet the objective.
  • Handle logistics such as venue location, budgeting, scheduling etc.
  • Report to Editors-in-Chief and work with Marketing Directors to promote events.
  • Promote a positive experience for Queen's students through the Undergrate Review events on campus.

  • Applications will close on October 17, 2025 at 11:59PM.

Time Commitment

8 month-term from September 2024 to April 30th, 2025 with a time commitment of 3-5 hours/week.
