Job summary

Pancare Inc. in Ontario is seeking a qualified Sonographer/Ultrasound Technologist to join our diagnostic imaging team.

You will perform a variety of ultrasound procedures to support physicians in diagnosing and treating medical conditions, while maintaining patient comfort and safety. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and capable of working both independently and with a team in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of a post-diploma ultrasound program from a recognized Canadian institution.
• Active registration and good standing with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO).
• Current registration with Sonography Canada.
• Proven experience performing abdominal, pelvic (including TV), obstetrical, breast and small parts procedures independently.
• Additional certifications such as MSK or eFTS are assets.
• Ongoing commitment to continuing education as required by CMRITO.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in operating and maintaining imaging equipment according to safety and quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Prepare patients for procedures, explain the process, and ensure their comfort
• Operate ultrasound equipment and ensure high-quality, diagnostic imaging results
• Analyze images and communicate findings with radiologists and other healthcare professionals

What You Bring
