Description of Duties

The consultant will lead the design of user-centered products and services for web and mobile applications at a Canadian financial institution.

• Duties include creating wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs; planning and conducting user research and usability testing; ensuring accessibility compliance; collaborating with developers for implementation; and contributing to the enterprise design system.


• The consultant will present findings and design rationale to stakeholders and help shape digital transformation initiatives.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of professional UX / UI design experience.


• Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise-level projects, complex data-entry workflows, and design systems.


• Advanced proficiency with Figma (prototyping, collaborative workflows, component libraries).


• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and validation methods (interviews, A / B testing, analytics).


• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1+ standards and inclusive design practices


• Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.

Required Skills
