We are looking for an experienced UI / UX Designer in Ontario or British Columbia who thrives in a fast‑paced global team environment.

The UI / UX Designer will work on complex B2B software products. This role requires someone who excels in multi‑stakeholder environments and can address the unique challenges of designing for diverse user groups in large organizations. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Figma and a history of delivering user‑centered solutions for sophisticated business applications.

Core Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, high‑fidelity design composites, and interactive prototypes using Figma as the primary design tool
• Collaborate with the design team to develop comprehensive user flows and journey maps
• Conduct user research to inform design decisions and validate assumptions
• Execute usability testing to validate design approaches and inform iterative design enhancements
• Champion user feedback and insights from support teams to maintain and exceed quality standards
• Advocate for design consistency and efficiency across the entire product suite

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing B2B, SaaS, or complex system interfaces
• Expert proficiency in Figma for all aspects of the design process
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
• Comfort with other standard design and prototyping tools
• Deep understanding of UX best practices, design patterns, and current interface trends
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on 2 or more complex products simultaneously
• Strong communication skills with proven ability to engage stakeholders at various organizational levels
