We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Tyre Technician to join our team at Fortescue. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to tyre maintenance on heavy mobile equipment and light vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • All aspects of tyre maintenance on heavy mobile equipment and light vehicles.
  • Carrying out routine maintenance and inspections to the required standard of performance and safety.
  • Work in accordance with Fortescue procedures and work instructions.
  • Absolute commitment to safety and following site safety procedures.
  • Willingness to learn and be part of a team.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology(AUR2190) or equivalent- OTR essential.
  • Previous experience as a Tyre Technician or similar role in a mining or heavy equipment environment preferred.
  • Current and valid C Class driver’s licence, as a minimum.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tyre maintenance techniques and equipment.
  • Commitment to safety and willingness to comply with all safety regulations and procedures.
