Job description

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring Scaffolders for the upcoming maintenance Turnaround at Co-op Refinery Complex in Regina, SK for up to 16 weeks.

This opportunity is offering $44.69 – $66.94 per hour (depending on tickets) + overtime.

What you’ll do:
  • You will provide other trades with safe, secure access to areas both indoors and outdoors and may be required to plan on-site scaffolding materials.
  • You will work mostly outdoors in all-weather conditions and must be able to work in confined space areas and at various heights.
  • You are willing to adapt to the required working hours as they evolve, including night shifts and weekends.
  • You will adhere to all safety protocols and procedures implemented by FCL.
Who you are:
  • You hold a Scaffolder Proficiency Certificate.
  • OR you are an apprentice looking to expand their horizons with some industrial experience.
  • You have a minimum of 1 year experience directly related to the required duties.
  • Preference will be given to those candidates with a valid Safety Construction Orientation Training (SCOT) certificate. Due to the nature of the work, a positive safety attitude is required.
  • You’re honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
  • You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
