Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing teams of 20+ staff.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable working outdoors in variable and sometimes extreme conditions.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and manage a team of up to 35 seasonal staff.
• Schedule team based on business levels and operational needs.
