Job summary

Golderado Contracting Corporation ("Golderado") is seeking a Truck Driver Tandem Dump for snow removal. The role requires a minimum of 3 years end dump experience and tandem equipment expertise, plus a valid Alberta Class 1 or 3 license with air brakes and a clean 5-year driving record.

On-call, evenings/weekends may apply; on-site work across Alberta where required. Responsibilities include pre/post trip inspections, loading/unloading, proper load distribution, and completing Waybills; English

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years experience with end dump.
• Tandem experience required.
• Valid Class 1 or 3 Alberta driver's license with air brakes is required.
• A clean 5-year commercial driver's abstract is required and must be obtained within 30 days prior to employment start date.
• A reliable means of transportation is required.
• Proficient English language skills required.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out pre and post trip vehicle and trailer inspections.
• Monitor vehicle performance and mechanical fitness.
• Making sure that the loads are correctly and safely distributed.
• Loading and unloading materials.
• Filling out Waybills.
• Driving to and from destinations.
