Job summary

A truck repair company located in Halton Region, Milton, seeks a skilled Truck-Trailer Repairer. The ideal candidate will adjust, repair, and replace truck systems, ensuring they meet customers' needs. Qualified applicants should possess a Truck-Trailer Repairer Trade Certification and have 2–3 years of experience.   • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in truck-trailer repair.
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Valid driver's licence.

  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems.
  • Confirm findings with supervisor to determine whether to repair or replace unit.
  • Discuss work with supervisor.
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions.
  • Completion of reports to record problems and work performed.
