Job summary

Triumph Gold Corp is seeking a Field Assistant for the 2026 season at the Freegold Mountain Project. The role supports geologists and field crews with soil sampling, flagging, labeling, and general field tasks in a remote camp.

Accommodations, meals, and transportation from Carmacks are included. Rotation is 2–4 weeks, with potential extension. Bear awareness and WHMIS are required before start; GPS familiarity and prior exploration experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bear Awareness training and WHMIS (can be completed online prior to start)
• First Aid or higher; familiarity with GPS units or GPS-enabled field mapping apps; previous exploration field experience; previous experience on the Freegold Mountain Project

Responsibilities

• Soil sampling in field area.

Field Assistant

Mining Exploration Camp located approximately kilometre 82 on the Freegold Mountain Road.

Excellent Camp Infrastructure where Kitchen, Bathrooms, showers and bedrooms are all located in 6 ATCO Trailers.

Triumph Gold Corp is looking for workers for the 2026 season up to and possibly past Nov 30, 2026. Supports geologists and field crew with soil sampling, flagging, sample labeling, and general field work. May also assist with drill core handling, core cutting and sample preparation.

• Required: Bear Awareness training and WHMIS (can be completed online prior to start)
• Asset: Standard First Aid or higher; familiarity with GPS units or GPS-enabled field mapping apps; previous exploration field experience; previous experience on the Freegold Mountain Project
• Base Compensation: $300–$350/day; accommodation, meals, and transportation from Carmacks included
• Rotation: 2–4 weeks
