Job description

Youth Unlimited YFC Southwestern Ontario is a youth-focused, faith-based organization dedicated to helping young people in Southwestern Ontario reach their full potential through love and care for their whole person.

Youth Unlimited YFC is seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual for The Shop program in Cambridge, ON. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and customer service skills, be a team player, and able to multitask. Responsibilities include managing and operating the youth mentoring and auto shop training program, collaborating with volunteers and staff to process car donations, creating schedules for repairs and vehicle sales, and maintaining an engaging youth program.

The candidate should have a working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Google Mail, and auto mechanics. Key duties include leading staff and volunteers, scheduling repairs and training sessions, following OMVIC protocols for car dealerships, updating invoices in QuickBooks, purchasing tools and parts, and maintaining positive relations with dealers.

The salary is based on education and experience, funded on a missionary basis, and requires assembling a personal support team. Accommodation is available for applicants with disabilities.
