We’re looking for a Seasonal Tree Planting Project Manager to lead our planting operations with energy, integrity, and purpose. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is a key part of our Management Team and is responsible for overseeing crews, camps, logistics, and systems during our summer and potentially fall planting seasons.
This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic outdoor environments, builds strong teams, and leads with a people‑first mindset. You’ll be responsible for creating a safe, productive, and respectful workplace where planters feel supported and motivated to return year after year.
