We are looking for a full-time Treatment Coordinator to support our doctor because Perio Partners is growing!!

This is an exciting opportunity to positively impact patients with your excellent customer service skills while supporting our clinical team in offering the highest level of clinical care. If you are an organized, critical thinker who takes initiative and works as a team player, while delivering high-quality customer service and expertly facilitating clinical treatment, then you'll love this position!

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Audit the daily schedule for accuracy and opportunities
  • Optimize the schedule to achieve weekly and monthly revenue budgets through treatment plan monitoring, patient information flow, and continuous patient contact
  • Establish and facilitate long‑term patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviour
  • Provide the clinic with administrative and practical support when requested
  • Gather and accurately record patients' medical, personal, and insurance information; ensure this information remains current for existing patients
  • Accurately file patient information, ensuring that records are stored securely and handled in compliance with privacy and security regulations
  • Manage inactive patient systems
  • Track and process surgical pre‑determinations
  • Continuously follow up on unscheduled surgery list
  • Coordinate surgery with other specialists
  • Compose medical letters including referral and update letters
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • A minimum of two years previous dental administration experience is required
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills
  • Ability to maintain effective rapport with patients, dentists, other team members, and the community; a team player
  • Customer service or patient relations experience; conflict resolution experience
  • Ability to multitask while seeing and understanding the big‑picture when making decisions
  • Able to adapt to and drive office policy improvements
  • Constantly striving for improved customer care and service
  • Knowledge of Cleardent software is ideal
