A career as a Treasury Manager on the Treasury Management team at National Bank means acting as a treasury product specialist for Commercial Banking clients.

With your business development experience, the quality of your customer service, and your knowledge of the Commercial Banking sector, you will have a positive impact on the client experience, profitability, and client acquisition.

Your job :

  • Deliver on the strategic business priorities of increasing cash management revenue with the Commercial Banking and Specialized Groups
  • Help drive non-lending business through client strategy reviews / plans in consultation with relevant stakeholders and review same with the Relationship Managers
  • Utilize existing networks and relationship to actively seek new business opportunities and business development in cashflow management
  • Deliver business advice and new insights to clients using industry and economic insights to effectively lead meaningful client discovery sessions to uncover hidden business challenges and opportunities
  • Advise clients on their domestic and international cash flow management needs in order to increase ties with National Bank
  • Build strong internal networks within National Bank to ensure the collaboration and mobilization of the entire National Bank team to promote success
  • Identify market trends for future opportunities and proactively provide information to our clients
  • Understand all risks inherent in cash management products and provide expert advice to National Bank's clients and internal partners
  • Be attentive to clients’ needs and gauge their level of satisfaction to help retain them as clients
  • Create visibility for the Bank by organizing promotional activities and acting as a representative of National Bank in the markets where we operate

Your team :

You will work with twenty colleagues on the Treasury Management team in the Commercial Banking sector and you will report to the Senior Director, Cash Management. Our team stands out for its cash flow expertise, market knowledge, collaboration with different teams, and strong team spirit.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related business sector, required
  • Experience in customer service and knowledge about treasury products
