Job summary

Artemis is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join a PE-backed multi-entity finance team in Etobicoke. You will shape treasury operations across 10+ entities, oversee 190+ bank accounts, and partner with senior leadership to drive cash visibility and liquidity in a fast-growing environment.

You will manage daily cash positioning, debt covenants, and forecasting, while delivering clear insights from complex data to executive teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct experience in treasury operations, cash management, or treasury-focused roles
• Builder mindset with experience creating, improving, or scaling treasury processes
• Experience managing a high-volume bank account environment across multiple banks
• Strong covenant monitoring and financial risk analysis capabilities
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership

Senior Treasury Analyst

About the Company: A growing PE-backed multi-entity finance team in Etobicoke is focused on scaling and optimizing a diverse portfolio of operating companies. With an active acquisition strategy and a commitment to operational excellence, the organization is continuing to build out its finance infrastructure to support rapid growth and long-term value creation.

Location: 190 Attwell Dr, Unit 500, Etobicoke, ON (Onsite)

Salary: $140,000 CAD + 10 % bonus

Reports to: Director of Finance

The Opportunity: This team is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst or Treasury Manager who brings a true builder mindset. This is not a maintenance or stabilization role, this individual will play a key part in shaping and evolving treasury operations across a rapidly growing, multi-entity environment.

You’ll work closely with the Director of Finance and executive leadership, owning treasury processes while helping drive system improvements and enhancing visibility into cash and liquidity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage treasury operations across 10+ entities and 190+ bank accounts in a multi-bank, multi-currency environment
• Oversee daily cash positioning, liquidity management, and cash flow forecasting
• Monitor debt covenants and perform sensitivity analysis, clearly communicating risk and implications to senior leadership
• Present treasury metrics, KPIs, and cash insights directly to executive leadership
• Partner cross-functionally with both finance and non-finance stakeholders across the organization
• Support ongoing system implementation efforts to automate reporting and improve treasury visibility
• Perform and oversee high-volume bank reconciliations with a focus on accuracy and scalability
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and bring forward ideas to improve treasury operations

Must-Have Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct experience in treasury operations, cash management, or treasury-focused roles (not general accounting)
• Proven “builder” mindset with demonstrated experience creating, improving, or scaling treasury processes
• Experience managing a high-volume bank account environment (ideally 50+ accounts across multiple banks)
• Strong experience with covenant monitoring and financial risk analysis
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership
• Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally across multiple entities

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with Jonas ERP
• Exposure to DataRails (currently being implemented)
• Experience supporting acquisitions, financing activities, or restructuring efforts
• Multi-currency experience (primarily CAD/USD, limited EUR exposure)
• Background in private equity-backed or multi-entity environments
