Traveling Workplace Interventions Coach & Mediator

Job summary

Homewood Health Centre is seeking a Workplace Interventions provider to support clients virtually or on-site at customer locations in your area. You will facilitate workplace assessments, conflict resolution, gender diversity supports, team building, and executive coaching services.

Applicants should have at least five years of intervention or executive coaching experience, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and knowledge of DEI, psychology, or HR-related workplace interventions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years demonstrated intervention and/or executive coaching experience.
• Expertise in psychology, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, social work, Human Resources or workplace intervention with a focus on conflict in the workplace.
• Mediation and/or Executive Coaching certification is an asset.
• Good understanding of corporate and workplace culture; experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with EFAP/EAP programs is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual support or travel to customer locations to facilitate workplace assessments, conflict resolution and gender diversity supports.
• Deliver team building and individual sensitivity or executive coaching services.
• Travel to surrounding areas may be required and access to a vehicle is an asset.
