Qualifications

• 10-15 years managing large commercial building projects; 3-5 years in mid-to-high rise construction.
• 7 years managing mid to large projects for Superintendent II.
• Experience in Lean Construction Delivery Methodology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforce contract documents and project obligations.
• Participate in project schedule development and maintenance.
• Oversee subcontractor and supplier activities.
• Budget and manage field personnel, labor, and tools.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
