Job summary

The Canadian Health Care Agency provides high-quality nursing services with a distinctive focus on value and impact for Indigenous communities across northern Canada. You will practice autonomously in remote or semi-isolated regions, supported by an experienced clinical and operational team, with flexible FT/PT scheduling to suit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

Minimum 3,000 hours of clinical experience within the last 3 years in acute, primary, intensive, emergency or community health.
Canadian Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Active CRNM license (Manitoba) in good standing.
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ITLS.
Valid Class G driver’s license; mask-fit test, WHMIS, TDG.
Medical clearance from primary care provider; enhanced reliability clearance.

Responsibilities

Deliver culturally safe, high‑quality nursing care to Indigenous communities in remote regions.
Practice autonomously in a community-based setting with clinical and operational support.
Participate in flexible scheduling (FT/PT) to balance workload and lifestyle.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards of care.
