Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and activities
• Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences, budget, and travel style
• Research travel options, pricing, and availability
• Make and confirm reservations with airlines, hotels, and other service providers
• Process payments and handle changes or cancellations as needed
• Stay up to date on travel trends, destinations, and regulations

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of popular destinations, hotels, and travel products
• Experience using GDS or online booking platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.) an asset
