Job summary

Coven Health Collective in Calgary is seeking a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join as a contractor with a varied caseload from chronic pain and injuries to pregnancy care and athletic recovery.

We value trauma-informed, collaborative care and provide autonomy to design your caseload within an interdisciplinary clinic. Enjoy flexible scheduling, community impact, and yearly support for continuing education.

Qualifications

Active registration and good standing with Alberta massage therapy associations (MTAA, NHPC, CRMTA, CMMOTA).
Strong technical skills in therapeutic, prenatal/postnatal and/or deep tissue massage.
Clinical or wellness environment experience; new grads welcome.
Familiarity with EMRs and digital tools (Jane App).

Responsibilities

Provide thorough assessments and treatment plans within your RMT scope.
Collaborate with physiotherapists, chiropractors, occupational therapists, nurse practitioners and other allied health professionals.
Participate in clinic-wide case discussions and interdisciplinary coordination.
Lead or support education on relevant topics aligned with interests.
Maintain timely, detailed charting and referrals in Jane App.
Engage in professional development and outreach as desired.
