Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience working with vulnerable women and populations.
• Strong knowledge of addictions and recovery-oriented systems of care.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification is required.
• Police Information Check is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed, client-centered case management.
• Conduct comprehensive intake and ongoing assessments.
• Develop and update individualized case plans.
• Facilitate safety and risk assessments.
• Support clients during times of crisis.
