This position analyzes data to identify areas for cost and service improvement opportunities. Provides exceptional customer service while managing the transportation requirements for multiple customer accounts. Utilize transportation software to identify least cost routing and shipment consolidation. Coordinate daily activities to track and monitor delivery status and movement of goods. Communicate effectively with sites to optimize customer service and freight spend.
